There are so many websites to help you learn Spanish for free that I don't know why anyone would pay for Rosetta Stone Spanish.
I really want to do RS someday, but with my grad school & work, I don't want anything else on my plate right now. If you're a student, it's 5 payments of $52 right now, I believe they said. They have an iPad app too, that you can just do everything from there & I don't think they have to send you anything. If you like it after 30 days, you start making the other payments. They told me 5 payments of $80 & they need $61 up front in which they'll send you something. They have a Back-to-School Special promo ging on. I actually called them for the very 1st time (after being interested in RS for the last few yrs). I know this is an older thread, but on the radio these days, they're really promoting Rosetta Stone (RS). There will always be bottom feeders that abuse other people's work. People pay for products because the makers of products deserve to get paid for their work. By using the software, you are committing breach of contract. īy torrenting the software, you are breaking the US copyright law. Copyright Office - Copyright Law of the United States. The Net Act of 1997 makes it illegal to torrent the software and is covered under the US copyright act: U.S. Rosetta is not licensed under the Creative Commons License.
